Rules
- No overtime studying: Strict 11:00 PM
bedtime.
- Buffer time: 1.5h/day for chores/breaks (e.g.,
laundry, skincare).
- Short breaks: 10-15min per 2h study block (stay
focused!).
- Weekly reward: After 3 full study days, take a 2h break (movie/walk).
Daily Structure: Your waking hours are divided into three main study blocks:
Morning (3.5h): 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Afternoon (4h): 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening (3h): 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Rest & Recovery:
7.5h sleep (11:00 PM – 6:50 AM) – No sleep debt!
1.5h buffer time daily for chores (laundry, skincare, errands), extra study, or short breaks.
Break Strategy: Within each 4h study block, take short breaks (e.g., 2x 15min or 3x 10min). Stay disciplined—no excessive slacking!
Weekly recharge: Take 1-2 full study blocks off per week OR, after 3 straight study days, reward yourself with an extra 2h break (e.g., movie, walk). With proper sleep, you won’t need “catch-up” naps.
Stay sharp, stay consistent—your effort determines your success!

一天清醒的时间分三大段:上午3h30min,下午4h,晚上4h ①上午4h:早上7:30-11:30(早上8:00-12:00)
午饭+午休=2h
②下午4h:下午1:30-5:30(下午2:00-6:00)
晚饭+晚休=1h
③晚上4h:晚上7-11点(晚上6:30-10:30)
睡觉7.5h。早睡早起,23:20睡觉,6:50起床 每天还余出来1.5h做点杂务:拿拿快递,洗洗衣服,护肤,锻炼,或者加班学习,或者发呆。
每天三个大段的4h也不可能完全专注不休息,每个大段可以累计小休30分钟,3次10分钟或者2次15分钟的课间。毕竟大段与大段之间都是个把小时的休息,大段之内不要休息太多了,不然太摸了,你的努力配得上研究生嘛。
关于每周或半周的大休,可以选择每周休息1-2个大段,或者每连学三天, 在本应该学习的时间额外再休息半个大段(2h),看个电影或者溜溜放松一下。平常每天早睡早起7.5小时睡眠,你也不需要补觉。
